The rules and conditions that apply when using Morphie.com or connecting to the Morphie IRC Network.
Who We Are
Morphie is a community-driven chat platform inspired by the classic IRC era. We provide live chat rooms, IRC games, community spaces, and related web services.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Morphie. If the law where you live requires a higher minimum age for online chat services, you must meet that requirement as well.
Your Account
If you register a nickname or use account-based IRC services, you are responsible for protecting your credentials and for activity associated with your account. Morphie may reclaim nicknames that are offensive, impersonate staff, or have been inactive for an extended period.
Acceptable Use
Do not harass, threaten, spam, distribute illegal content, intentionally disrupt the network, evade network restrictions, or impersonate Morphie staff or other users. Morphie may issue warnings, mutes, kicks, network bans, or other restrictions when necessary.
Bots & Automation
Bots are welcome when they follow network rules, respect flood limits, are clearly identifiable when appropriate, and do not scrape or misuse user information.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how information is collected and handled. IRC channels are generally public spaces, so messages sent in public channels should be treated as public communications.
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Morphie is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime or error-free operation, and we are not responsible for content posted, linked, or shared by other users.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when needed. Material changes will be posted on the website or otherwise communicated through Morphie.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
